As one of the leading Colored Diamonds Manufactures in the world, Vivial's collector's satisfaction is above all and our mission is to ensure the lifetime enjoyment of your jewelry and diamonds collection. All purchases will be accompanied by the full and complete detailed certificates and warranties, depicting the diamonds specifications, the carat weight and the gold karat content

Shipping

Vivial Color Revealed diamonds is excited to offer  complementary worldwide fulfilment service on all orders. No delivery charges will be made for all orders and shipping is free of charge worldwide.  Once payment has been made in full, Vivial will shipped the purchased items to any destination.Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery and delivery can only be made to physical addresses, we cannot ship to a PO Box. All of our goods are fully insured before shipment either by Vivial Diamonds directly or by its carrier. All shipments are made through Malca-Amit, D2D, Brinks UPS or FedEx and are subject to the carriers’ stipulations and regulations.   Vivial Diamonds is not responsible for any delays due to the destination customs clearance processes. Vivial Diamonds is not responsible for any custom’s levies or import duties, VAT, clearance charges or other taxes charged by local authorities or the country of destination

Returns

All items purchased are eligible for returned for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. 
All items purchased are eligible for exchanged and upgrade for up to 90 days from the date of purchase
All items returns are the responsibility of the buyer, including all shipping, duties and insurance fees.

Refunds

Re Stocking Fee will be charged as follow:
Loose Diamonds – 10% re-stocking fee
Jewelry – 15% re-stocking fee
Credit – Vivial is pleased to offer the re-stocking fee as a credit toward a future purchase up to 12 months from the date of the original purchase
Refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made at the time of purchase.  Refunds for items originally purchased with a check or cash in excess of $100 will be made by a check issued from our corporate office within 21 days of the return.  Items charged will be credited to the same account to which the purchase was charged. Vivial is happy to offer a proof of transaction on the date of the refund.
All returns and exchanged items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and all merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging to be eligible for the above refund and exchange terms and conditions.
